Biography
Kubar Olga, MD, PhD is the Leading Researcher in the Laboratory of Etiology and Control of Viral Infections in St.Petersburg Pasteur Institute. During many years Olga Kubar is responsible for the research connected with the study ethical aspects of infectious diseases and vaccination. As ex-member of IBC UNESCO she took part in developing of the several international documents on bioethics. She is the Board-member of EFGCP responsable for education and the member of Russian National Committee on Bioethics in UNESCO Commision of Russia.

She published more than 100 papers in reputed journals and 9 Books on Bioethics and Infectious Diseases.
